A Note about the Bay...

Living in the Bay Area is pretty epic. You're just a short drive from the beach, mountains, and city. The weather is near perfect for most of the year. Outdoor activities available are unrivaled if you have any interest in hiking, biking, surfing, camping, running and more. Skiing takes a bit of a drive but weekend trips are a regular occurance in the winter for residents and attendings alike. And if that's not your thing, there's SF nearby for city life and world-class wine tasting to the north and south of us. You're guaranteed to find co-residents willing to partake in all of the above with you!
