All fellow applicants must have a California Medical License before beginning the fellowship. This is a one-year, ACGME accredited fellowship, which starts on August 1. 

The fellowship program is administered by SF Match under Stanford University Orthopaedics Fellowship – Sports Medicine. Simply complete the online registration using the central application service (mandatory for applicants and programs) and provide the required documents as posted. We accept 3 fellows per year through SF Match

SF Match requires the following documents:

Completed and signed Central Application Service (CAS) application forms

CAS distribution list and payment

USMLE scores

Three (3) letters of reference

Updated CV (please see SF Match format)
